Service Description
This package includes a will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directive for each person. Your appointment will be with Lynne Butler. You may reschedule your appointment at any time by contacting our office. Please bring a piece of government-issued photo ID with you to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule your appointment online up to two hours before your appointment. There is no fee to reschedule. If you need to reschedule with less than two hours notice, please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that the appointment deposit is non-refundable.
